Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.

The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: Shoes must be returned with unworn soles — we recommend trying them on a clean, soft surface. When trying on garments, please take care to avoid contact with makeup or fake tan to help us maintain the quality of our pieces.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.

Direct exchanges are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).
We are proud to offer Free Returns for customers within Australia. For international deliveries, at this time, the cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We recommend you purchase postage insurance for high value items.

Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 21 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases. It is advised that customers contact CLK Equestrian customer support at customercare@clkequestrian.com.au for any additional guidance on size and fit.
